Courtyard Hours:
BBQ grills and seating are available in our courtyards for your enjoyment on a first-come, first-served basis.  Hours are as follows:
Open 6:00 am – 10:00 pm Sunday-Thursday
Open 6:00 am – 11:00 pm Friday-Saturday
Sorry, but the courtyard may not be reserved for private parties.  Four guests at a time are permitted per apartment. 

Guest Suites:
Guest suites are available at Bank Street Commons for your guests.  One & two bedroom guest suites are available for $200 per night.  Guest suites must be paid for in full at the time of reservation. Please contact the leasing office for availability and more details.

Kid’s Room:
Bank Street Commons offers a Kid’s Room, located on the first floor of 15 Bank Street.  The Kid’s Room is open 7 days per week from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.  The Kid’s Room may be reserved for private parties at $50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
